1. Who we are
OneCall Commercial Cleaning LLC (“OneCall”, “we”, “us”) is a commercial cleaning company serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida. This policy covers onecallcc.com and the ways you contact us through it.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. We do not buy contact lists and we do not track you across other websites.
Information you provide
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and company or building name, when you submit one of our request forms.
- Details about your space — building type, approximate square footage, cleaning frequency, restroom count, and anything you tell us in the message field.
- Estimate information — if you use our instant estimate tool, we record the range shown to you along with the inputs you entered, so the person who calls you already knows what you saw.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a walkthrough.
- To prepare and send you a quote or proposal.
- To provide cleaning services and communicate with you about them, including service reports.
- To send billing and account messages.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell it. See section 5.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
How you opt in
When you submit a request form on this site, you may check a box agreeing to receive text messages and calls from OneCall Commercial Cleaning at the number you provide, including via automated technology, about your inquiry. Checking that box is how you give consent. You may also give consent verbally or in writing when you speak with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can hire us without agreeing to receive texts, and you can ask us to call or email you instead.
What we send
- Replies to your inquiry, and messages to schedule or confirm a walkthrough.
- Quotes, proposals and scheduling updates.
- Service notifications, including proof-of-service reports after a clean.
- Billing and account notices.
Message frequency, rates, and how to stop
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will stop sending texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in section 12. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can see it
Your mobile number and opt-in status are handled by OneCall and by the telecommunications provider that transmits our messages, acting solely on our behalf in order to deliver them. Neither we nor that provider shares or sells mobile opt-in information or consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share it with data brokers or lead-generation companies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example the service that delivers our web form submissions to our inbox, or our telephone provider. They may use your information only to perform work for us.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant or insurer, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal requirements — if we are required to by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer — if the business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
As stated in section 4, mobile opt-in information and consent are never included in any sharing for marketing purposes.
6. Service providers we use
- Formspree — delivers submissions from our website forms to our email inbox.
- Our website host — serves this site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.
- Google Analytics — measures how the website is used, as described in section 7.
- Our telephone and messaging provider — carries our calls and text messages.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and which sources send traffic. We use it to improve the site, not to build advertising profiles.
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device (including _ga and _ga_<stream id>) and processes technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the approximate location derived from that address. Google processes this on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels, we do not enable advertising or remarketing features in Google Analytics, and we do not sell or share this data. Analytics data is never combined with the mobile opt-in information described in section 4.
How to opt out
- Install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
- Use your browser's tracking-prevention feature, which most modern browsers include.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations — generally up to seven years for records tied to a paid contract, and up to two years for inquiries that did not become customers. Records of text-message consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see section 9.
9. Your choices and rights
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message, or contact us.
- Stop emails — use the unsubscribe link or reply asking us to stop.
- Access or correct — ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, and correct anything wrong.
- Delete — ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or insurance reasons.
To make any of these requests, email hello@onecallcc.com or call (305) 400-9039. We do not charge for these requests and we will not treat you differently for making one.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and property managers. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging will be reflected here before they take effect.
